Refunds & Exchanges

Ginger Beauty Lab will accept returns for a full refund for up to 10 days from the date the merchandise is marked delivered by the delivery service company. For returns or exchanges, please include the product with packaging in its original condition for a full refund of amount paid, less shipping charges. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned/exchanged product. Unless otherwise stated, specials, promotions or any products that are purchased using an incentive or coupon code are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased directly from www.gingerbeautylab.com Items sent as gifts from www.gingerbeautylab.com can only be returned by the original purchaser. All other gift orders can be exchanged by the recipient for a replacement of the same item in the event the item arrived damaged.

How to Return Merchandise:
When returning merchandise to Ginger Beauty Lab (GBL), please follow these instructions:

1. Send email to info@gingerbeautylab.com and include your order number.

2. Indicate reason for return in email.

3. If return request is within allowed time-frame, GBL will email back confirming return request.

4. Include original order form with return.

5. Wrap package securely (bubble wrap or packing peanuts preferred).

6. Email back GBL with tracking number once return package has been shipped.

Ground shipping offer is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for cash, and may not be resold. We reserve the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time.
